Ohio Agencies Collaborate to Increase SLPs in Schools

In the ASHA Leader, one of the most interesting and plausible solutions has been developed in Ohio. I find it interesting that it was created within six weeks! They have brought together state legislature, public school system and higher education together to increase the number of SLPs in the schools. This project will definitely be a program to watch in the near future. If it is successful, the next step would be to replicate it in other areas of the country. Finally, some thinking outside of the box!
